Piyush Kamra

Founder & Principal

A procurement practitioner with 20+ years across management consulting, global B2B e-sourcing, procurement technology, analytics and hands-on operating leadership.

Before founding LoTeHIm, Piyush worked on both sides of the procurement problem: advising leadership teams on what good looks like and taking direct responsibility for building the function, analysing the spend and delivering the commercial work.

  • Built a procurement function as an acting CPO. Established the team, policies and supplier programme from the ground up inside a healthcare organisation.
  • Built spend-analytics capability. Established the analytics function for a leading multinational procurement consultancy.
  • Led sourcing and savings work. Worked across manufacturing, FMCG, healthcare and services in India, the Gulf and global markets.
  • Worked inside procurement technology. Designed and deployed e-sourcing approaches and used should-cost and make-versus-buy models to support negotiations.
  • Built LoTeHIm's AI-native model. Combined proven procurement frameworks with AI-driven analytical volume so growing companies can access senior capability with a leaner delivery model.
How engagements work

One senior owner from the first question to the final decision.

Every engagement is shaped around the business problem rather than a standard consulting team. A named senior practitioner leads the work, uses AI for analytical volume and brings in specialist expertise only where the assignment needs it.

Direct involvement

The person who frames the problem stays with it.

No sales-to-delivery handoff. Context, judgement and accountability remain with the named senior lead throughout the engagement.

Why the firm exists

Long Term. High Impact.

Long term means the capability should keep working after the engagement. High impact means success is counted in margin, cash, operating resilience and work the team no longer needs to perform manually. Those promises are built into the name: Lo from Long, Te from Term, and HIm from High Impact.

“The goal is not to sell more analyst time. It is to leave the client with better decisions and a better way of working.”
